Find a place to sit where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes now and be sure that your feet are flat on the floor. Begin by taking a long deep breath in through your nose very slowly….hold it…and release it slowly through your mouth. With each breath open to the healing energy of the angels. Take another deep breath…hold it and slowly release it. One more time breathe in slowly and release it.

Imagine a golden light all around you spreading out as far around you and as high above you as you can visualize it. You feel safe and so relaxed as the light strengthens and grows. This is a protective golden dome which will create a barrier and protective shield so that any unwanted or negative energies will be unable to enter inside it as we take a wonderful spiritual journey to the angelic realm. We ask that the angelic realm be present for us now to assist us on our journey. At the same time, we surrender to our Divine Creator and accept whatever experience is appropriate for us today.

Focus now on the sixth chakra, located in the space between your eyes in the center of your forehead. As you bring you attention there, a beautiful light appears activating your soul’s inner vision.

You immediately see a beautiful lush green forest. You find yourself transported there. It is filled with trees, plants and flowers in vivid colors and the sky above your head is an intense, azure blue. The sun is shining down onto the whole scene, and you feel its warmth touching your body.

Walking through this forest you allow yourself to notice the powerful life force which fills this peaceful place. Every animal, tree, plant, and flower are alive with an intelligence that easily speaks to your mind of the magnitude and splendor of our Creator.

You begin to feel a sense of unconditional love sweeping through your whole being as you gaze at the incredible beauty, strength, and power of this magical forest around you

Walking on, feeling happy and relaxed, you see before you a clearing, and within the clearing is a gently meandering stream. You sit down on the grassy bank among a sweetly scented, variety of colorful flowers. The lapping, trickling, and soft ambling sounds have a melodic and meditative tone, and you begin to feel very sleepy. Your eyelids are heavy. You lay your head down on the soft grass and succumb, falling into a deep sleep. As your physical body rests in peaceful slumber, your soul begins to float upward and gently exits your body through the crown chakra at the top of your head. You find yourself standing beside your physical form and notice how peaceful and calm it appears as it sleeps. You also notice a bright golden cord that tethers your soul to your body, and you are aware that you may return any time you wish.

Beyond your sleeping form you begin to see an outline of a being beginning to come into focus. As it becomes clearer you notice it is a beautiful angel. This angel begins to communicate with you in your mind.

“I am Archangel Michael,” it offers.  “I have been sent to you by God. I can be, and have been with you and all others, any time you need me, from the moment you began your earthly journey. I love you and along with many other angels, we are always nearby to guide and protect you.”

You feel the tremendous loving and peaceful energy emanating from this divine being. You welcome it in your mind and offer your gratitude and love.

You are suddenly aware of a veil of light in front of you. It almost looks like a luminescent curtain. Archangel Michael tells you that this is the doorway to the angelic realm and asks if you would like to journey to the temple of the archangels. He assures you again that at any time you may return to your physical form just by thinking that thought. Michael then gently opens your hand and places a beautiful gemstone in your palm. It is blueish black with splashes of color that seem to move as you turn the stone. He tells you it is labrodorite, a stone that will help enhance your experience. You are excited and eager to begin this journey. Together you pass through the veil. You are surprised that the angelic realm looks identical to the physical one you just left except that nothing is made of matter. It is all an energetic replica. However, everything is so much more vivid and seems to have a highly charged crystal-like light that sparkles like diamonds all around you. This other-worldly light seems to be coming, not from the sun, but from every living being in this magical place. You have a sense that, though you cannot see them, there are other souls close by. You intuitively know you are near to the place where departing souls come after crossing from the earth plane. Yet somehow you are aware the journey to that realm may be for another time.

You notice in front of you there is a large temple that seems to be made of translucent rose quarts. Imbedded in the outside walls are many different types of gemstones of every imaginable color. As you approach the temple, the doors open by themselves and you glide through the doorway with Michael by your side. When you enter you feel as if your energy is expanding and filling the entire space. You feel overwhelmed by an indescribable love that you don’t think you have ever experienced before and yet; it also feels somehow familiar to you. The inner walls of the temple are made of amethyst, a most incredible color purple that seems to match the aura and robe of Archangel Michael. The ceiling looks as if it is made of blue topaz, and beams of blue light stream down all around you. There is a big comfortable chair in the center of the room, and you are guided to sit there. In front of you are at least fifteen beautiful archangels in the front of the room. They are each cloaked in a different colored robe, and their aura reflects that color in the form of a light that surrounds their entire being. One by one they move forward introducing themselves and offering to you their special gifts and the specific kind of assistance they can give you. They each have a name and a specialty. Michael first offers that he is the archangel of protection, then Raphael the angel of healing, and Gabriel the angel of communication and expression. There is another who helps souls who cross over from the physical to the spiritual realm and yet another who can help us find clarity and harmony in our lives. There are many and as each one speaks to you the love you feel intensifies. They explain to you that they are merely facets of the face of our Creator…an individual expression of his love for you. You spend as much time as you like with these beautiful beings receiving their love and blessings until Archangel Michael tells you it is time to go. Before you leave, the angels tell you that for them to assist you, you must ask them for help, for they must always honor your free will. You thank them and tell them you are looking forward to getting to know them all better.

A moment later you are back beside your sleeping form. You are aware that it is time to return to your body and you thank Michael for his love, companionship and for the journey to the angelic realm that he provided for you. You float above your body and gently slip back into it through the crown chakra at the top of your head.

It is now time to return to the earth plane and to the present moment. Gradually open your eyes and gently come back. Slowly adjust your eyes to the light in the room. Feel free to continue hovering a bit between the two worlds and feeling wonderful and peaceful. When you are ready come back fully. You feel wonderful and so excited to take this amazing, tranquil energy with you as you reenter your day.
